The project land is located close to public transport, schools and parks and recreation (including the sand belt golf courses), and a short trip to the Brighton beaches.
The investment was offered in two layers.
1st layer
Purpose: To enable the developer to complete the acquisition of the property and undertake preliminary work for the development of the Project.
